About the Company

The client, which is based in Croatia, is operating in the outdoor game sector within the highly competitive escape room entertainment industry. They are operating in several markets across Europe, and they are planning to expand to new markets down the line.

They are an established brand that recently opened up a new location, and they have a great number of positive reviews and satisfied customers from its previous locations.

Goals and Objectives

The company already has a number of clients, both domestic as well as international (tourists), and would now like to focus on researching its current markets and improving its social media advertising efforts channels in its existing locations since these are key markets for the company.

Specifically, they want to know how open the market is to their offer, if there are enough potential customers that they can sell to, as well as improve their KPIs (ROAS) based on the research attained. They are planning on penetrating other markets at later stages.

It is worth noting that the industry they are located in is highly specific and that returning customers for the same games/scenarios are rare (unless they purchase them as gifts for others).

Scope of Work and Deliverables

Due to their growing business, they are looking for an agency to help them research the market and efforts, as well as manage their social media advertising, with the end goal being to improve these. They are also open to having the agency help with their overall marketing strategy, as well as its execution. There will be a need for assistance with advertising campaigns, and for translation – localization (English and Croatian).

One of their main goals is to improve their conversion rate, as well as increase their number of followers and engagement.

They currently operate on the following platforms:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook

They are, however, open to other channels for marketing and advertising (Google Paid Search, TikTok etc.)

Project Timeline

  • The client would start working with the digital service provider as soon as possible
  • It would begin with a testing phase and, if the agency delivers good results and the client notices an improvement, they will be hired long term

Target Audience

The target audience is the general that enjoys escape room-like experiences and would be interested in partaking in these activities in the open (the benefit of which is the fact that they would get to know the locations as well).

The three main groups that the client is looking to attract are the following:

  • People that usually go to escape rooms and are fans
  • Families and groups of friends wanting to experience something new
  • Tourists that would like to experience the locations through a more entertaining method

Agency Requirements

The agency should be located in Croatia.

The agency needs to understand clients’ business and how to engage and advertise to the target audience since its plan is to become one of the most recognizable companies in the industry. 

Predefined Expectations

The client will share their previous content and advertising attempts to give a better overview of their previous efforts, and the numbers that need to be improved.  They expect the agency to suggest a realistic plan of action, budget as well as KPIs to track based on the results thus far and the market research attained.

 

The client is also open to other suggestions.
