New Website for an RPA Platform

We are a Robotic process automation (RPA) platform from the EU, using AI technologies to automize manual tasks. Our services are utilized by enterprise companies predominantly within the financial sector.

We enable on-prem, hybrid, and cloud versions of our service as there are often diverse technical restrictions on the client side.

Goals and Objectives

1. Build trust in RPA technology and provide a simple overview of our product’s capabilities to our end-users.
2. Boost brand awareness and reach new markets.
3. The ability to independently add new pages as and when we launch a new service.

We want to reach:

• Potential clients — C-level executives in charge of digitization who would benefit from our services e.g. a CFO who wants to meet KPIs without hiring new employees, or a COO looking to optimize internal processes.
• Potential partners — owners of software companies who are using RPA as an extension of Business Process Management (BPM).

Scope of Work and Deliverables

We are looking to hire an agency to build a new website for us that better reflects the values of our company and the capabilities of our high-end robotic solution — our current website does not do this.

The initial deadline is tight (before the end of the year) but we are willing to split the project into two development stages and prioritize particular parts of the build.

The majority of the design and content for the new website have been prepared.

We will specify what needs to be completed by November and what could be postponed to the 2nd stage of the project.
