Private Investment Company Website Redesign

We are a private investment company that invests in early-stage businesses from angel investment, seed, VC and Series A rounds through a combination of equity and debt structures. Our approach is to target investments in that complement the skills and experience of our founders so that they can bring more than just capital to help a business grow. Our founders have a core knowledge of technology, services, and an entrepreneurial history that they can bring to the benefit of an investment.

We need our website updated visually to accompany new content that
seeks to demystify our process for those seeking investments.

While we will be responsible for providing the content, we require you to handle back-end and
front-end development as well as website design.

We need:

– A website with a modern design according to modern web design standards and
conventions across all pages and categories
– A clear and concise content and information structure
– SEO friendly website (in terms of search engines being able to crawl and render it
properly)
– A CMS that allows us complete control over content input (preferably WordPress)
– Particular content templates that can be easily created (such as adding new pages for
mentors or adding new blog posts)
– An updated (content provided by us) application process found on the main domain
