The company was established in July 2017, with the aim of providing consultancy services to foreign, greenfield investors in south Croatia, mostly with large tourist development projects on south Adriatic islands. Goals and Objectives Our main goals with this project are the following: Analyze the existing Project segments Design step-by-step optimization scenario Approve the proposed steps Prepare detailed technical specification, per tasks Develop solution, per tasks Test solutions, with us Implement solutions Support after go-live Prepare required Project documentation Hand-over the documentation (detailed technical specifications) Scope of Work and Deliverables The project scope includes the following: Web App must be updated (UI/UX, functionality …) Android / iOS application development should only be planned/related to basic interface and optimal BackOffice integration (yet there should be no imperative about the mobile application until the Web application passes all development scenarios). The Push Notification from the App should be implemented to show notifications related to the mobile application functionalities. UX & UI design update must follow optimal design principles. Any visual design updates must be approved by us. Optimisations related to data (legal, cookie, terms, GDPR) should be implemented around the Project interface (web, app parts) and comply with relevant EU standards If any additional licenses need to be purchased for the implementation, or in any other stage of the solution lifecycle (e.g. archiving) their costs should be clearly specified within the offer and included in total cost evaluation. The solution should support creation of new application parts without intervention from developer / vendor on frontend If the solution is a new developed Web application or hybrid application, the ownership of the source code for the application will be handed over to us. Customer should be owner of source code, and source code should be delivered to customer. Design should be with existing Project standards (example: Project mobile application, Project web site). 12 months warranty. Application shall be responsive to technology changes. Solutions need to be modular and easily adaptable after release. The source code should be clean, easy to understand and commented in English. Project details should be adjusted for all devices (like mobile phones and tablets). Project details shall pass the vulnerability and penetrations tests, as any other security test.
