About the Company

We are a startup based in Belgium looking for the best corporate website explaining our product: a scientific matchmaking platform. The goal of our SaaS product is to facilitate scientific expert findings and collaboration. We have a working freemium platform: free for academics, paid access for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and, at a later stage, universities. Our solution, showing linked scientific data from several different sources into an all-in-one platform, is considered a great win by our leads after we give them a demo. Our uniqueness is our database of over 60,000 research groups and their ongoing research, gathered from the top 300 university sites. We combine this with publicly available data on scientific publications, patents, clinical studies, funded projects, etc. Our extensive platform is valuable for lots of different use cases, which makes it difficult to communicate this effectively to website visitors. We focus today on signing up more pharmaceutical and biotech companies as our customers. We give webinars, we give one-to-one demos.

Founder Background

With a firm background in biology and even stronger entrepreneurial spirit, the Founder started the company to enable researchs and innovators to act upon their best ideas and realize breakthrough science without the unnecessary time-consuming hassle of finding partners. Until today, the Founder has worked with leading pharmaceutical companies such as Jansson Pharmaceuticals and Bayer.

Goals and Objectives

Our #1 goal with this project to increase the conversion potential of our visitors on our corporate website and turn them into leads with clear value proposals.

Previous Efforts

We have a well-functioning website that is integrated with our platform. However, as our marketing and sales strategy adjusted, we would like to rebuild our website and use it as one of the main lead generation sources in the near future. As we are a SaaS business, the website should be a critical piece for attracting new leads and educating them about the software itself.

Project Goals

In order to achieve our primary goal, we believe the agency should complete the following:

  1. To conduct a website audit and propose a new website design
  2. To do a content audit and create a new content strategy with a focus on inbound lead generation
  3. Implement the new design and copy and release the new website
