Here are my top three reasons why you should start using automation tools right this moment.

When talking about automation, it is very common to listen to the never-ending artificial intelligence controversy, and stick to it, without going to the core of what automation could actually do to improve our lives.

In fact, we don’t often think that different forms of automation are already implemented in our daily work routines and that they are already making our job more efficient and way easier.

Indeed, we tend to think of ‘automation’ as a buzzword, overused and obscure. You’ll be surprised to realise how many automation tools you already use without thinking too much about it.

During my career, I have used many different automation technologies and I became a huge fan of some of them.

Here are my top three reasons why you should start using automation tools right this moment.

1. There Are Effective Tools to Automate up to 60% of Tasks

First of all, you’ll need to embrace the fact that there isn’t only one kind of automation.

There are effective tools to automate every sort of task, at least in part, from social media posting, to monitoring, to code generation for websites, transcriptions of audio files or even very tailored email replies. You just need to get over the initial conception of the word ‘automation’ and find out what kind of system would be useful to improve the way you work.

Watch this space: I will be posting in-depth articles, exploring different kinds of automation services, and I will provide tips and advice on how to implement them in your communications.

2. It’s Cost-Effective

Are you a small company who doesn’t want to spend a crazy amount of money, but still wishes to grow little by little? Automation might be a way to get started on different projects at the same time, helping you to grow your business one step at a time, especially if you have limited financial resources. You’ll be surprised to see how many of these tools are extremely inexpensive.

For example, here you’ll find some of my tips to monitor the internet using automation tools, without breaking the bank.

3. It’s the Ultimate Time-Saver

Using automation in your communications will save you some money, but more importantly, it will save you plenty of time, which you can spend on what you are actually good at (more on how you should only do your core business and outsource the rest in the following article).

A good example of this is automation which transcribes audio files – saving you a lot of time and energy.

Still not sure whether you should start using automation? This is only the start. More articles about different automation-related topics will be coming your way very soon.
