Today we bring you a different story from our business. In this article, we proudly present our joint project, the innovation we hope will improve many businesses and make it easier for businesses to organize. It’s a simple app – BitFleet – made for managing company cars while simultaneously monitoring and maximizing your resources. Below you can read the story of how the application came up and an interesting way in which the idea was developed and ultimately realized.

Our journey started a year ago, when our team recognized the needs of the company Jet d.o.o. which was then met with problems of maintaining official vehicles. After joint brainstorming, we realized that GPS and cameras are already within each cell phone and we decided to use it to our advantage. Wondering how?

We started working on web and mobile app that would be available at the Play Store and App store soon, with an intuitive user interface that monitors your fleet and all repeating tasks. Brainstorming with the team is actually the most interesting part of the job, because it is where the best ideas come from. The main focus was the dissatisfaction, frustration and loss of money caused by the current state of data in notebooks or Excel tables. Guided by these ideas, we focused on creating an application that facilitates systematization and digital vehicle data entry. With a genius idea, we said goodbye to untidy paper and sticky notes reminders, and we’ve made the story easier since it’s all listed, available and set in the palm of your hand!

Statistics show a large number of official vehicles in Croatia (200,000). On average, every small or medium company in our environment has two registered vehicles, which means there is a visible potential.

We have offered companies a solution that will make it easier to track, save and organize business vehicles. According to the widespread smartphone use, the application allows you to easily enter a description and a vehicle photo, track fuel/gas consumption, repairs and reminders. With business users, the application is also intended for private users who can only track one vehicle as detailed as a business user.

What is the end result of using BitFleet? Creation of a “personal card” of each vehicle you own, and tracking what is happening and how often, with daily cost optimization.

Ofir team thinks global, that is why our app currently comes in English and German language. We think that it can satisfy the needs of each and any market, with small and medium companies with a business fleet as our target users.

There are a lot successful projects in our portfolio, but we must admit that this one is one of our favorite, because it is truly ours! We invested a lot of effort, teamwork, knowledge and skills to create an app that you can try right now through the web interface!

We are hoping that all future users will recognize the potential of this app, because we all know how little things can make our business more efficient and our workers more satisfied.
