Informs the owner if it leaves the safe zone. Problem This problem was discovered as part of Corporate Entrepreneurship Program conducted by Lean Apps and it’s partners at Allianz. During a customer interview, the team stumbled upon a problem that pets go missing every day, and there is no way for pet owners to track their pets. The only way is to put out missing pet messages around the neighborhood. Requirement To build an iOS app that can get the location of a GPS collar and pinpoint the location of the pet and the path it took to reach there. It calculates how healthy the dog is based on its movement and informs the owner if it leaves the safe zone. Approach We started with a two-day workshop on Corporate Entrepreneurship in which our teams learned about customer interviews, lean canvas, business model canvas, and digital experiments. For this idea, we defined the MVP, wrote user stories, created UX and visual designs, created iOS app. We also ran a marketing campaign on Facebook and Google.
