Goal To optimize work with franchisee orders to reduce warehouse costs. Challenge The company has a conservative IT department and a complex business logic of managing transactions with franchisee partners. Solution We developed from scratch an order management web platform for the administrator and the franchise partner. A part of the system is controlled manually: for each franchisee, the administrator lists the items that can be ordered reducing the risks for over-ordering. Results Warehouse workflow optimised and costs reduced 1.5 times.
