A learning system which includes a digital game about sustainable waste management and QR codes for bins. It connects learning and offline waste separation.
About the Company
We are a startup company developing an integrated learning system which includes a digital game about sustainable waste management and climate change, and a QR code system for battery disposals (and various other waste types). The team consists of people from the waste sector, education, and gaming.
Currently, we are in the middle of the process, the plan is to launch on the market in 6 months. The goal of the game is to become globally available, present as part of school education and leave an impact on the primary educational systems all over the world and impact on society. We were exhibitors at the Infogamer video game fair and tested one part of the game in schools. The feedback was positive.
Goals and Objectives
The goal of the project is to affect the thinking and behavior of players, everyday waste producers in real life. We will upgrade the effectiveness of existing ecological education by connecting adventurous game, education, and empowerment of offline action, waste separation in real life.
The first year goal is to upgrade the collecting batteries for 20%, create a whole community around game and waste, which will be accomplished with a multiplayer option. By achieving external expertise we will upgrade the project and get insights we need to expand on other markets.
Scope of Work and Deliverables
The scope of the project is the environment, education, and gaming. The project can be implemented globally. We need external expertise in game design to advise us on what to improve, and expertise in marketing as it is our biggest hole, and market research for a specific part of the world regarding waste educations in schools.
Agencies pitching for this project should suggest the technologies/development platforms necessary to complete the development of the application.
