THE CHALLENGE These pioneers in developing assistance services targeted the traveler who expects an immediate response to any eventuality, at any time of day, no matter where they are in the world. The target group is everyday tourists and the tone of the advertisement is like any leisure holiday story – fun and with a few unexpected twists. We asked ourselves where we could make a commercial with the great scenery and vivid looks needed to support such a story. THE SOLUTION Where to expect the mostly unexpected moments, other than on the diverse Croatian coast? We scouted the top tourist destinations in Croatia and found perfect Mediterranean scenery along with a cozy hotel. We matched it with a magical castle just few dozen miles away in the continental part of the country. The director took his best shots, making every cut of the story unforgettable for the tourists watching. THE RESULT Our pantless guy, broken-legged girl and jellyfish-loving swimmer fared better with their Card than without. Any holiday worry can turn into a worries-free benefit in the eyes of a viewer. In the end, nobody was hurt – not even the jellyfish! Everybody is worry-free with first-class assistance. That includes our client – for choosing us to produce this video.
