About the Client

Easyfly is a Colombian airline that services destinations not typically available from larger commercial airlines. Easyfly offers affordable prices for the local population and runs seasonal promotions to ensure that seats are filled on their flights.

The Challenge

Easyfly engaged Red Rock Interactive as a strategic partner with the goal of maximizing and expanding its digital footprint in Colombia. By organizing their digital ecosystem, incorporating intelligent creative, and leveraging an expanded range of search advertising features, Easyfly has grown its customer base and realized an increase in online sales year-over-year.

Objectives

Improve Easyfly’s Organic Search Results Positioning 

Before working with Red Rock, Easyfly had never engaged in any Search Engine Optimization activity. Easyfly called on Red Rock to initiate and maintain a customized SEO program to help them understand and address the factors that influenced their positioning in organic search results, specifically through mobile devices.

Accurately Measure the Conversions and ROI Associated With Easfly’s Adwords Campaigns

Easyfly asked for Red Rock’s help in connecting their e-commerce platform together with Adwords and Google Analytics.

Strategy

Red Rock created a keyword and campaign hierarchy to organize and ensure relevancy for Easyfly’s search campaigns on Adwords. A branding campaign was created along side the performance campaigns to ensure that no relevant searches were missed and to maximize impression share for relevant keywords. Red Rock segmented Easfly’s campaigns by route and product to ensure that creative and landing pages also matched the search terms for best results.

Red Rock presented Easfly with a cohesive and organized strategy to plan, execute, optimize, and measure campaigns across Search, Display, and Video mediums.

Red Rock worked with Easyfly to define their KPI’s for their various marketing initiatives. Templates, formulas, and reports were created in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to dynamically incorporate results for easy evaluation and visualization.

A cohesive SEO plan was included to help Easyfly understand the value of and to grow their organic traffic. Red Rock provided Easyfly with content suggestions, technical support, and competitive evaluations to support these efforts.

Red Rock provided Easyfly with fresh, customized creative including the use of dynamic marcos, sitelinks, expanded text, and callout extensions to ensure the best response for their ads.

Campaigns, ad groups, and keywords were optimized daily to obtain better results for CTR, CPA, and ROI.

By aligning closely with the client and customizing communication and reporting for the brand, Red Rock ensured that Easyfly was kept informed and was also exposed to new opportunities that were available to them.

Results

After implementing a cohesive and transparent digital strategy that was customized to the specific needs of the brand, Easyfly realized positive results across all digital advertising channels. Easyfly increased their daily spending over 200% per day and all of their Paid and Organic search listing positions for their top 5 keywords improved.

Easfly realized the value of addressing each part of their advertising campaigns including creative, campaigns, landing pages, and keywords. By having this data organized and segmented, Easfly is now able to be fluid with their investments, build successful promotions, and respond quickly to changes and new marketing opportunities.
