An outline of how RabIT Solutions developed an internal process management system for one of the biggest casinos in Liechtenstein.

The Client

The client was one of the largest casinos in Liechtenstein, featuring 300 slot machines, 20 live game tables, a restaurant, and multiple bars within the establishment. Shortly after the massive success of Hot Buzzer, the game we developed for their terminals, they contacted us again for another software development project.

The Challenge

While Hot Buzzer was meant to increase customer satisfaction and provide a better experience for the casino’s clients, the goal of Leonardo was to create a system that would help the casino organize its internal processes more efficiently. Since there were countless transactions and other client actions the casino had to handle each day, its staff needed a quicker and easier way to track and administer their daily operations.

The Solution

Leonardo stores customer data, handles transactions and currency exchanges, logs activity, and generates a variety of reports. It has a built-in notification system that sends automatic alerts to users when triggered by certain events, thereby speeding up work processes, reducing customer response time and minimizing the possibility of human error.

The Results

With their new system, the time required for administration tasks has reduced to a fraction, enabling the casino’s employees to spend more time serving customers. Leonardo has greatly contributed to the technological advancement of the casino, optimizing resource allocation and elevating overall service quality, thereby positioning the casino as a frontrunner in delivering a seamless and pleasant experience to its customers.
