About the Project
The client owns the #1 physicians application in the US, serving more than 2 million users. With their large user base and complex requirements, the client needed a partner to effectively manage its mobile app strategy. They chose Digital Authority Partners to help monetize the app, improve its user experience, increase user engagement, and further grow its active user base.
The DAP team continually defines and executes new features and functionalities across the app to drastically improve its performance across several key metrics. As part of a recent release, DAP launched the app with the following new features and capabilities: News introduction overlay, Survey experience, Notifications opt-in modal.
The News experience proved to be a significant driver of user engagement, increasing the average session duration of users interacting with the product by 40 percent.
Push notifications are extremely effective at driving return traffic. We expect this feature to significantly improve user engagement within the application.
The analytics platform used in our new survey experience is expected to drive further optimization of the application experience.
