The Background The client offers a comprehensive sightseeing product for Prague, presenting an all-in-one online solution encompassing website development, iOS and Android application services, an admin interface, and customized software. It serves as an interactive guide, providing users with everything necessary to plan and enhance their Prague trip experience. The Challenge The client approached us with a request to enhance the existing website, leverage reusable components from the legacy backend code, develop and launch a mobile version to enhance user engagement and boost their online visibility. The Solution The primary challenge was to elevate the conversion rates of the web app, improve its user-friendliness, expand its functionality, and increase the number of mobile users.
