About the Client

TVS Group is a multibillion-dollar industrial conglomerate, a market leader across industries including manufacturing and automotive. They made a foray into the Technology sector through TVS Next, an offshore development firm focused on Enterprise solutions.

The Challenge

With the market growing increasingly competitive, TVS Next was looking to reinvent itself – to devise a new value proposition and refresh the brand. Savitrr engaged with TVS Next on a CMO and Marketing Operations model.

Our Approach

Savittr performed an end-to-end current state analysis of their brand positioning, content assets, and marketing processes in place. By combining our observations with competitor analysis and market opportunity analysis, we developed a Thought Leadership marketing strategy and a milestone-based roadmap.
