HBB GeoSales Share: Visions Design Score Awaiting client review n/a Date Published 15 January 2021 Reading Time 2-Minute Read When designing HBB’s new site, we considered how we could showcase them & their services in order to reposition their online presence. About the Client An innovative Scottish SME, invested in supplying, fabricating and installing geosynthetic covers, liners barriers and erosion control solutions. Founded in 2011, the business has gone from strength to strength and after almost 9 years, they were in need of a rebrand to reflect the current positioning of the company today. Branding First, we looked at the logo and branding; keeping the original brand colours to keep in line with the nature of the business, we stripped apart the logo and did some brainstorming. Taking inspiration from the materials and machinery HBB use, we tried different ways of implementing and reflecting this through the logo design while still keeping it clean and responsive. We worked closely with HBB to ensure their expectations were met; it is key for us that our clients feel connected with all branding and designs we create; if the client isn’t happy, we’re not satisfied! Website When designing a fresh new site for HBB, we considered how we could showcase the business and its services in order to reposition their online presence. We ensured that the design was aesthetically engaging, creating video elements and utilising the business photography where possible. One important aspect of the site for the client was the prevalence of contact forms, which we have placed throughout, in order to encourage customer engagement. With an extensive list of services on offer, we made sure that the UI/UX would be a positive and enjoyable experience for HBB customers.
