Kids of all ages will learn to manage their money carefully yet independently. ABOUT THE PROJECT Kolinx has taken checking accounts, savings accounts, and credit cards and rolled them all into an easy to use app that provides kids savings opportunities as well as the ability to make purchases both in stores as well as online. THE CHALLENGE Kolinx needed a secure app with robust features and functionalities. They needed a vendor to help with creating this app from inception not only to address ease of use for the user experience but also to address the security requirements with handling financials. WHAT WE DID We took on the challenge and managed the different parts of the project and met the desired schedule using Agile methodology. By delivering weekly releases, we could get the most out of the client’s constant feedback and guarantee the project’s success. Regarding scalability, we made use of asynchronous processing of key features of the app allowing the infrastructure to resize itself on high/low demand and improve latency times. RESULTS & TAKEAWAYS Delivering within budget and timeline, the Innuy team provided our client with a robust app offering financial services to kids in the US and encouraging them how to save and spend responsibly.
