To have a basis for future features and products, we realized the conception and implementation of the portal website.

About the Client

The companies of the Leipziger Foren Group offer their customers a unique set of innovation methods, sector-specific know-how and a strong network of science and practising experts.

The aim of the project was the conception and implementation of the portal website as well as the connected customer portal as a central contact point for all contents, offers and services. The implementation will be used as a basis for future features and products.

We realised the following core functions

  • Provision of all content, offers and services through a content management system
  • Self-service for customers and network partners
  • Integration of internal process flows and the client’s customer relationship management system
  • Online portal for access to content, offers and services
  • Provision of materials, reports & statistics
  • Self-service data maintenance by forum partners
  • Service provider marketplace with company directory
  • Interfaces to internal systems (esp. CRM)
  • Integration of third-party services for live broadcast/web sessions
  • Integration of an event shop system
  • The digital customer portal is seen by the Leipzig Forums as a strategic project for the future.
