SolveIt created a native iOS & Android apps with a dashboard to improve the clinic’s communication processes with the patients.

About the Customer

Family Dental Center carries out medical activities and offers dental services. The center is located in Minsk, Belarus. Their main goal was to facilitate work and always be in touch with clients and employees. So they decided to create a mobile app for iOS and Android devices.

The Challenge(s)

The biggest challenge for the project was an assessment of customer service quality. It was necessary for the clinic to receive feedback from clients, which they could not get from ordinary paper surveys. In addition, the dental clinic was aiming to increase the loyalty of current patients, as well as implementing a tool to attract new ones.

The Solution

Our UX/UI designer has prepared several options for the layouts. The developers have created a mobile app after agreeing with the dental clinic. During the process, we decided that the clinic needed a dashboard. With its help, the administrator can independently make any changes about the clinic on the desktop, tablet or mobile.

The application has detailed information about the center. Including information about the services of this clinic, specialists and contacts. There is an option to remind clients about the scheduled appointments with a doctor.

Our team developed the dental chart, where a dentist can mark the extracted tooth or a cured one. The dental chart has also the history of patient’s treatment with the date and procedure name.

SolveIt created a dynamic survey that would help the dental clinic comprehend susceptibilities of patients. All information from the survey is contained in the dashboard and is expressed in graphs. This opportunity allows the clinic to quickly collect and analyze customer feedback on issues of interest to the clinic.

Finally, we tested and launched apps into the Play and App stores. Now SolveIt continues to support the apps and communicates with the Family Dental Center.

The Results

Customer loyalty has become noticeably better, as a result, the number of patients returning a second time has increased. Our software solution for dental clinic doesn’t just help the patients, but it helps the staff by freeing up valuable time. Now dentists don’t need a lot of paperwork to keep records of patient admissions, it’s enough to make appropriate changes into the dashboard.
