The Challenge The client made a strategic decision to diversify their business by leveraging their agricultural expertise to create an app aimed at enhancing agricultural practices. While virtual assistants are prevalent in numerous industries, the agricultural sector has relatively few such applications. Initially, the client attempted to develop the plant growing app internally but soon realized the need for external expertise. They turned to us for assistance. The Solution The primary challenge lay in reconciling the client’s many ideas with a limited budget and time constraints. Therefore, the initial focus was on task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and developing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Subsequently, we devised a coherent roadmap for the continued development of the farming app, which we continue to adhere to. The Result The client has been satisfied with the progress of the project so far.
