Stamford Capital Australia – Corporate Website Design Refresh Share: Percept Brand Design Score Case study score 5.0 Date Published 19 March 2020 Reading Time 2-Minute Read Sydney creative agency, Percept, worked with Stamford Capital Australia to refresh their digital presence with this corporate website design project. Read Client Review The Challenge Stamford Capital has been in business for 10 years and in this short space of time has become Australia’s leading arranger and provider of commercial property finance. The business has scaled and is well-respected throughout the industry. There are two arms to the business. Stamford Capital Australia (SCA) markets itself toward Developers, Professional Services (Accountants, Lawyers, etc), and Builders. Stamford Capital Investments (SCIM) speaks more to sophisticated wholesale investors. A corporate website design for each company was required to represent the entities. They worked with Percept with the vision that the revamped corporate website design needed to be a unified, confident validation of Stamford’s market-leading position, while also creating distinct visual languages for each. The SCA website (red) was to have a broader retail appeal while the SCIM website (blue) had to communicate a distinctly more elevated, sophisticated tone. The Solution By creating one common corporate website design system with clearly defined modules, we were able to create a blueprint from which to build the second site. Attention to design detail and a focus on a clean, modern user experience conveys confidence and professionalism. Clear typographic hierarchy allows the user to quickly and intuitively explore content across the sites. Bespoke illustrations and photography elevate the visual identity, while custom cursor, animations, and bespoke scroll behaviours create a more interactive and engaging digital experience. The resulting suite of websites gives gravitas to Stamford Capital’s already market-leading position – instilling confidence in prospective investors and inspiring prospective future employees with the launch of their refreshed corporate website design.
