About Waterjel Technologies Waterjel Technologies are world experts in the treatment of thermal burns. They manufacture a leading edge two-step treatment that cools, soothes, relieves pain, hydrates and reduces inflammation during radiotherapy. As an international product, it is prescribed by doctors all over the world and is available on the NHS in the UK. The Problem They needed to reach different countries speaking different languages. Meaning what was needed was a multilingual e-commerce website which showcased their products in four of the most widely spoken languages in the world as well as selling in three different currencies. Lastly, it needed to integrate with existing client stock control in multiple markets allowing for the quickest delivery possible wherever the user lived. The Solution We utilised a WordPress multilingual, multicurrency platform for Waterjel, creating a clean, responsive mobile-friendly site. A website which straddled borders and currencies, helping to produce a significant lift in sales reaching more people and more countries. We helped Waterjel to reach out to a larger, international audience, spreading their message and their product to those in need.
