About the Client

Thunder Tactical is a family-owned and operated supplier of firearms and tactical shooting parts based out of Daytona Beach, Florida. Opened in 2014, they’ve been instrumental in delivering quality firearm products and services to Daytona residents, as well as customers from further afield. Their focus on customer care and service sets them apart in the industry, and their drive to create a space where people can buy firearms at an affordable price cements them as a leader in their field.

What We Did

When Thunder Tactical approached us to handle their Internet marketing, their goal was straightforward: to drive leads to their online store to improve their sales. We were responsible for digital marketing for both local and national audiences.

Using Facebook ads to target 18 + year-old men and women, nationwide, Web Daytona worked to bring their sales figures from $1,600 per day to $10,000.

Utilizing three rounds of split test campaigns, we were able to determine the best-performing ad for our client. We’re proud to report that, at the height of our campaign, Web Daytona was able to bring in $135,000 using targeted marketing.

2018 has, to be quite honest, been an incredible year. With sales up 22% and Thunder Tactical’ store bringing in a breathtaking $2,881,804, we couldn’t feel more confident in the benefits of our targeted marketing work.

Data-wise, our success can be best seen in the November/December period of 2016. Following a year of consistently high sales figures, Web Daytona’s work culminated in record-high numbers for Thunder Guns around year-end. 2017 saw similarly strong numbers, the kind of consistency that is crucial in any good marketing effort.
