TOPL Cup – Trademark for Quality Share: Vevol Media Score Awaiting client review n/a Date Published 20 June 2023 Reading Time 1-Minute Read This project included Shopify theme development, custom functionalities and components, cup personalization and ongoing maintenance. Vevol Medi has been working with TOPL for two years, and we’ve achieved extraordinary things together. The Challenge TOPL approached Vevol Media in order to improve their conversion rate, as well as their standing against their competitors. The Solution To address these two challenges, we started with a comprehensive web audit based on heatmaps and user interaction with the TOPL website. We also revamped TOPL’s Product page by including more sections, such as UGC content, lifestyle imageries and customer reviews for social proof, to enrich the user experience. As for making content more personalized, we updated TOPL’s theme from a Shopify Template to a custom theme built by us from scratch. We also created a personalization component, where customers would be able to engrave a cup and make it their own. The new tool also acts as a B2B tool, where customers can add their logo and buy cups in bulk. The Result The client has been satisfied with the project. Our collaboration is continuous, and we’re constantly adding new features to the store.
